2. Custom Project Cancellation

For custom projects — including website design, AI system development, branding packages, and marketing campaigns — the following cancellation terms apply:

• Cancellation Before Work Commences: Full refund of any advance paid, less a 5% processing fee to cover administrative and payment gateway charges.
• Cancellation During Discovery Phase (0-20% complete): Refund of 60% of the advance payment. We retain 40% to cover initial consultation, research, and planning already conducted.
• Cancellation During Development Phase (20-60% complete): Refund of 30% of the advance payment. We retain 70% reflecting the work completed up to that point.
• Cancellation After 60% Completion: No refund is available. All advances are non-refundable as the majority of the work has been delivered or is substantially complete.
• Client-Delivered Delays: If a project is cancelled due to the client failing to provide required inputs, approvals, or feedback for 30 consecutive days, the project is deemed cancelled and the advance is non-refundable.

Work completion percentages are determined in good faith based on our project management system and communicated milestones.

3. Subscription Cancellation

• AI Tool Subscriptions (SelfMkt, BuildAI, etc.): You can cancel via your account dashboard or by contacting us at billing@geetai.studio. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period. No partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
• Retainer Agreements: Monthly retainers for ongoing marketing or creative services may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Work completed up to the notice date is billable at the retainer rate.
• Domain & Hosting Services: Domain registrations are non-refundable once registered. Hosting fees are refundable only within the first 7 days of a new plan, less any setup fees.
• How to Cancel: Send cancellation requests to billing@geetai.studio or via WhatsApp at +91 82408 17664. Please include your registered email address and order/project ID for faster processing.

4. Chargebacks

We take chargebacks seriously as they impact our ability to serve our clients fairly. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

• Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the dispute with us may result in permanent suspension of your account and all associated services.
• If a chargeback is filed and subsequently ruled in our favour, reactivation of services will incur a reinstatement fee of INR 500.
• We provide clear invoices and service records to payment processors in the event of a dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks may be pursued through legal remedies under Indian law.
